Compensation Quiz (part 1)
(Go back to the Introduction).
For a quick test of whether or not you know how to properly compensate a
sample, answer three questions based on the figures shown.
In this hypothetical experiment, cells were stained with FITC CD3 and with
a PE isotype control, and collected at different compensation values to
correct for the FITC spillover into the PE channel (panel 1 is uncompensated;
2-5 are for increasing compensation values).
